Travel to and from the property, if the property is within 40km from Melbourne CBD; -
Inspection of the stage of your building work by a registered building inspector/building surveyor; -
Providing the record of inspection in accordance with s.35(a) of the Building Act 1993; -
If there is a non-compliance, give a verbal direction to fix; and -
Notify the Victorian Building Authority of the result of the inspection.
Application for an occupancy permit
Application fee for a residential dwelling (each dwelling): $440.00+GST
